A comprehensive project was carried out for the creation of a restaurant in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. This included developing the concept, designing the menu, recruiting staff, assessing feasibility, and preparing the budget plan. Action plans and recommendations were provided to ensure an effective launch and deliver a high-quality guest experience from day one.
